The lens, shutter, shutter speeds, aperture, and depth of field preview mechanisms have been cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted as needed. The inner elements have been cleaned. All mechanisms have been tested working. It has some scratches on the rear element that will not affect image quality. it has some general wear from use.
